Questions and answers
What are the differences between wholegrain products and those made from light flour?

In order to obtain wholegrain flour,  their external coating (the fruit-seed coat) remains not removed before grinding. It contains valuable nutrients, such as fibre, vitamins and minerals. Contrary to that, light flour is practically the sole endosperm of the grain. During light flour production the grain’s husk (bran) and endosperm are removed and as a result the flour loses most of its beneficial ingredients.
