What a balanced diet should be?

Balanced diet is a one rich in all the necessary nutrients in appropriate amounts. There is no single product which would contain all the nutrients required by our body and that is why the most important rule of correct nutrition is to have a diverse diet, rich in all product groups (cereals, dairy, vegetables, fruits, meat, fish and eggs). It is important to remember to take care of the appropriate product quality and their appropriate cooking method.
